Time: 8am EDT
Location: NYBG Conference room or at the Hampton Inn, NY
BS: fly in on Saturday, Sept 10th am, leaving Sunday afternoon, staying at Hampton Inn Saturday night
LC: PDX to LGA Friday Sept 9th, returning Monday Sept 12th. Staying at Hampton Inn Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
PJ: Coming by train with DWS from DC on Friday Sept 9th, Staying at Hampton Inn Friday and Saturday nights, leaving Sunday afternoon
MAG: Arriving Friday afternoon, staying with DWS, leaving Sunday afternoon
RW: Will drive back and forth to NYBG for the meetings
The Hampton Inn provides a shuttle to the Yonkers Metro North train station. The Metro North train can be used to reach NYC (Harlem, 125th St or Grand Central Station), but Yonkers is not on the same line as the Botanical Garden, so you cannot travel back and forth between the NYBG and Yonkers by train.
The most efficient way to reach the NYBG on Saturday and Sunday morning would be to have the hotel call the car service.
RW or DWS may be able drive people back to the hotel on Saturday evening, after dinner.
