Changes

Made whole plant growth stage (PO:0007033) is_a plant structure development stage and changed definition and renamed whole plant development stage

Merged plant structure development stage (PO:0007021) into plant growth and development stage (PO:0009012) and made plant structure development stage the primary name and changed definition. Still need to fix comment based on BS's comment.

New term life of whole plant (PO:0025337), is_a PSDS. Made gds and sds part_of this.

Renamed gametophyte phase (PO:0028003) gamethophyte development stage and redefined. Old name as synonym.

Renamed sporophyte phase (PO:0028002) sporophyte development stage and redefined. Old name as synonym.

Created new terms: collective plant structure development stage (PO:0025338), plant organ development stage (PO:0025339), moved flower, fruit and inflor dev stage to cpsds and leaf and root dev stage to plant organ ds.

Made the following terms subtypes of sporophyte development stage and renamed:

A vegetative growth (PO:0007134) - sporophyte vegetative development stage

B reproductive growth (PO:0007130) - sporophyte reproductive development stage

C senescence (PO:0007017) - sporophyte senscent stage

D dormancy (PO:0007132) - sporophyte vegetative dormant stage

(still need to work on definitions) (do we need development in the names?)

Added new subtypes of gametophyte development stage: gametophyte vegetative development stage (PO:0025340) gametophyte reproductive development stage (PO:0025341) gametophyte dormant stage (PO:0025342) gametophyte senescent stage (PO:0025343)

Renamed protonema phase (PO:0030006) protonema whole plant development stage and made is_a gametophyte vegetative development stage, and redefined and removed part_of relation. Wrote new definitions for gametophyte and sporophyte dormant stage. Need to put on SF. Created new terms: gametophore reproductive whole plant development stage (PO:0025344) is_a gametophyte reproductive development stage gametophore vegetative whole plant development stage (PO:0025345) is_a gametophyte vegetative development stage thallus reproductive whole plant development stage (PO:0025346) is_a gametophyte reproductive development stage thallus vegetative whole plant development stage (PO:0025347) is_a gametophyte vegetative development stage spore germination stage (PO:0025348) is_a gametophyte vegetative development stage
