Top level reorganization
Adding new categories to encompass all structures:
- ollective plant structure
- cardinal organ part
- collective organ part structure
- embryonic plant structure
- rhizoid
Theses changes were important for angiosperms too
Redefining upper-level terms
-Adding new mid-level terms
-Inserting new low-level terms
