One problem with PO having a booth is finding people to man it, since only RW will be there, and DWS has other commitments most of the time. We can probably set up a display at the NYBG booth. Maybe purchase a monitor that display ppt files from a memory stick, and run a short PO slide show on a loop. Also provide some literature (pamphlets or booklet).''

 MAG suggested that we create a booklet for participants to take with them. Some people prefer to have printed guidelines, rather than relying on the website.  Maybe two double sided pages, folded in half and stapled in the middle. Just enough to explain the basics of the PO and the website.
